Bodiography-This is a full body workout that safely pushes individuals to tone their muscles to achieve the long and lean body of the ballet dancer. Based on the alignment principles of ballet, Bodiography combines skeletal alignment, natural body weight, repetition and props (mat, weights, and ball and resistance bands) to maximize full body results in an hour long class. Though a class will always have a minimum of twenty minutes of intense and concentrated abdominal work, the Bodiography class is designed to work all muscle groups from the abdominals, back, legs and glutes.
